Does PPWR Link decide that packaging complies with PPWR?
Not automatically. The system separates evidence, screening results and the decision of an authorized person. Unknown conditions remain for review.
What data should I collect for packaging?
Identifiers, intended use, component materials and masses, and manufacturer documents are a common starting point. The exact scope depends on role, market and packaging type.
Can I import an existing catalog?
Yes. The platform supports CSV/XLSX import with validation and column mapping, and exports selected data.
Can a supplier provide documents?
Yes. Document requests and supplier responses help collect evidence for specific gaps. Data sharing remains controlled.
Does PPWR Link calculate a packaging carbon footprint?
Yes. The packaging CO₂e result uses material, mass, origin and actual order use data. Sources and the method remain visible; this is not automatically a full LCA of the goods inside.
How does online store integration work?
A plugin connects the store to the packaging catalog through the API. During fulfillment you choose packaging, and PPWR Link records its use for the order together with related documents and the supplier.
Does the platform file declarations with authorities?
No. Selected exports help prepare data; filing in the appropriate system and reviewing national requirements remain separate processes.
Can one user work in several organizations?
Yes. Access and permissions are assigned by organization, and organization data remains separate.
